The Apex program provided the framework to improve our athletes speed, agility, and improved maxes in all major lifts in a 10 week program. They were also easy to contact and provided help when necessary.

He is truly a dedicated trainer who has your best interest at heart. As I’ve made the transition from “high school athlete” to “NARP,” his program has helped me stay in shape so I can look and feel my best all the time. Coach Kuhl has definitely been a huge factor in my successes throughout the years and I 1000% recommend him and APEX to anyone.
I was fortunate enough to have coach Kuhl as a strength coach in high school. I loved the way he structured his workouts. Coming off of surgery I needed a workout plan to start to build strength again and help me in baseball. I knew Coach Kuhl would be able to help me in that aspect. I was very impressed with the workout plan he put together for me and was great with helping with supplements for my body as well. High recommend joining the APEX family!!
I have spent the last few years with Derek Kuhl as my strength coach. I recently decided to get a more personalized program to work at specific goals for myself. Having Coach Kuhl as my personal trainer has been such a great experience!! This program he built for me has challenged me to be better everyday. I have genuinely seen great growth and development in myself through this program. I would 1000% recommend personal training though APEX any day!

Derek worked with my daughter to create a customized program for her fitness goals. The program was well designed and exactly what she was looking for. He took the time to demo all the exercises and was very responsive to any questions she had. He is clearly passionate about his work and it shows. Highly recommend APEX!
I consulted with Derek and Jamie about making a custom program, but ultimately decided to do private sessions instead at the garage gym. Training is hard, doing with your trainer makes it simple, fun and easy to understand. I lost 23 lbs. and got my bench press from 260 lbs. to 320 lbs. in about a year. Derek is great and it’s worth it
I ran this when Derek at Apex first tested it. It was awesome, tbh I have never been in better overall shape. The rucking was great, not too hard, just enough to help me get lean and the lifting was great for strength gains!
I got this program from Apex after doing pretty much the same bodybuilding program for 2 years. It helped me get so much stronger and it was fun with more movements and bands and chains
We employed the help of Apex in preparing for a strongman competition. This time, it was to move up a class to the open competition. Derek tailored a regimen that not only resulted in strength gains, but also in overall stamina. Apex is easy to work with, they were responsive to our needs and were flexible in making some tweaks to the program. The competition went well! Make no doubt about it, Apex will challenge you!
I had Kuhl as my highschool weights coach and he was amazing. Now I’m in college and used his APEX program and am very satisfied. He took time to figure out my wants and design a program off the equipment I had available to me. You won’t be disappointed with APEX!
We enlisted the help of Derek at Apex to write a customized program for our 16yr old daughter who is wanting to return to Volleyball and recovering from an ACL Reconstruction surgery. The Comeback has been just what she needed to help gain her strength and confidence back. He is so flexible, answers all her questions and breaks it all out so she can execute on her own. You will not be disappointed in purchasing a program from Apex!
The trainers at APEX take time to get to know each client's individual circumstances, reasons for starting training, and check in on how they are doing. The personalized attention you receive is something you don't see in many training programs. If you're struggling, let them know! They'll come up with ways to help you out. If you need more of a challenge, they can adjust stuff along the way. I love it!
