16-Week Intermediate PowerBuilder Program (S2)
16-Week Intermediate PowerBuilder Program (S2)
The 16-Week INTERMEDIATE POWERBUILDER Program is diligently designed to help clients, who have a good base of strength and knowledge of resistance training, continue to progress to new heights and reach the "next level." This program will help you transition to a style of training in which you will tackle two harder/heavier workouts and two volume/lighter workouts, each week. This is Stage 2 (S2) in our three stage trainee development process.
Workout/Program Parts:
- Part A = the main movement(s) of the day, your "meat & potatoes" per-say, this is where the bulk of your work will done and where you'll see the biggest return in terms of muscle toning and strength
- Part B = an accessory superset, giant set or single movement that is carefully chosen to work the muscle groups that "feed" your ability to perform better for our main movement(s)
- Part C = a circuit style giant set built to get you some additional volume for those nice looking muscle groups
- Part D = you will sometimes see an additional movement on certain days that is used to turn weak points into strengths or get a little extra volume in
FAQs:
How long will it take? Workouts can last as little as 45 minutes, or as long as 90 minutes depending on your ability to adapt and how much rest you would like to take.
Who is it for? Great for those that have been training for a year or two and need something fresh and new in order to keep progressing nicely toward their goals of looking good, moving well and being strong.
What if I don't have a certain piece of equipment? Thats fine, just switch out that movement for a similar movement. An example of this is an exchange of a core movement for another core movement, or a conditioning movement for another conditioning movement.
What equipment do you need? Barbell, Dumbbells, Squat Rack, Kettlebells, Band/Chains & Medicine Balls (a normal commercial gym is well-outfitted for this program)

I got this program from Apex after doing pretty much the same bodybuilding program for 2 years. It helped me get so much stronger and it was fun with more movements and bands and chains
