58-Week IronMan & Triathlon Prep Program

The 58-Week IronMan & Triathlon Prep Program is thoughtfully and specifically designed to get trainees prepared to not only compete in, but dominate the 1/2 versions of an IronMan or Triathlon competition. It is designed for 1/2 - however, you can run them to prepare for the full versions, as well - just contact us for your adjustment details. This if just over a year of training - so, while it is carries a large price tag, it is more than worth the cost!

Workout/Program Parts:

- Event Specific = the specific run, bike or swim training you will be doing in conjunction with low volume, low intensity strength training

- Part A = a primary movement in which athletes will generally do a strength-based compound movement

- Parts B & C = a secondary and then an accessory circuit, superset or giant set that is diligently built to work the muscle groups that "feed" our ability to perform better for our main movement(s), increase conditioning levels and develop functional core strength

- Other = this program also includes plug & play warm-up, cool-down, stretching and recovery protocols

FAQs:

How long will it take? Workouts can last as little as 30 minutes for strength sessions, or as long as 3-4 hours in the case of the event specific work.

Who is it for? Individuals who would like to train like or for an IronMan or Triathlon.

What if I don't have a certain piece of equipment? Thats fine, just switch out that movement for a similar movement. An example of this is an exchange of a core movement for another core movement, or a conditioning movement for another conditioning movement.

What equipment do you need? Barbell, Dumbbells, Squat Rack, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Plyo Boxes, Bike, Treadmill & Track Access (or large green space for conditioning and running)
