Nutrition Consultation

When you purchase a NUTRITION CONSULTATION with APEX you will be contacted by our coaches in order to set up an in-person meeting or phone call with them.

During this consultation, coaches will listen to your needs, concerns and your goals regarding weight gain, fat loss, etc. and introduce you to macronutrient tracking.

We can then go one of two ways: a) set macro goals for you to begin counting calories, protein, carbs and fats, or b) give you some introductory tips so you could begin doing it yourself or write you a more specific meal plan if you do not desire to count your macros.
