How long will it take? You will see a planned distance for each ruck workout - your workout is complete once you hit the required distance mark (your time depends on your pace, in other words). Also, there are planned "tests" or time trails on week 6, week 9 and week 12 - so the program can last 6, 9 or 12 weeks.
Who is it for? This program is ideal for those who are looking for a refreshing way to break the monotony of traditional low-to-moderate intensity cardio sessions. If you love the outdoors and hiking or walking in nature, this is for you!
What equipment do you need? We recommend using a plate carrier with standard weight plates (Tacticon Armament has a great selection at great values & prices - check out our recommendation via our product links page that will take you over to Amazon). If a plate carrier is out of the question for you, any sturdy backpack will due - just put some towels in there with your weights to pad it up a bit.
