A WELLNESS CONSULTATION with APEX is essentially a discussion about any health and fitness related questions or concerns you may want to discuss with coaches who have been “around the block” per-say.

It can be injury and therapy related, we could look at a specific exercise movement you want to work on and dial in or simply discuss issues you may be having with mental health as it relates to your body image.

Bottom line is, we come with an action plan to help you stay moving on your health & fitness journey!
